The ACTC, the website, and The Service, are collaborations made between 1. Anomalist Design LLC of Kentucky, 2. Maraschino Services LLC of Ohio, 3. Thomas Freedman, and 4. other contributors.

ACTC shall grant use of, and access to, the website, any products available there, and The Service to users having accepted these T&Cs.

You grant ACTC a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.

Users also agree that no reproduction or redistribution of ACTC’s materials is permissible to them. In regard to changes made by ACTC to content that has been uploaded by its website’s users, any resultant new Intellectual Property and its rights that may arise out of any such changes belongs exclusively to ACTC. By them using the ACTC website, users are agreeing to these T&Cs, and allow and accept that ACTC will make changes to content uploaded by users wherever it sees fit.
A user of the website may be required to register with ACTC and so provide to it an amount of personal information. A user is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any such information s/he offers thus. There also remains an obligation with a user, a duty of care towards maintaining the safety and security of this identifying information. A user is also responsible for activities and behaviours that occur under that user’s account and password.
Any user who suspects there are any possible issues on the website regarding the security of any user’s account, is obliged to inform ACTC immediately.
ACTC reserves a right to terminate accounts, to edit, to remove content, and to cancel transactions; all at its sole discretion.
All visitors to the website, users or otherwise, are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States of America. All visitors agree to this, and without regard to principles of conflict in law, this jurisdiction will govern these T&Cs. It will also govern any disputes of any kinds which might arise at or about the website, The Service, the ACTC users, the ACTC, its personnel, employees, affiliates, sub-contractor third-parties.
Any conflicts which relate to users’ visits to the website, or about products purchased thereon, shall be settled via arbitration made in in the State of Ohio.
Users agree to indemnify ACTC, its personnel, associates, affiliates, employees, third-party contractors, so as to hold harmless these, and ACTC, against any legal claims being made against them, including claims of losses or of injuries, and for recompense as well as other demands; that may arise from usage or abuse of the website or The Service.
Notwithstanding, ACTC reserves a right to select its own legal counsel.
ACTC will not be held liable for any losses or injuries which might occur to a user as a result of misuse of the website or The Services
ACTC reserves a right to edit, to modify, to change these T&Cs any time. ACTC will inform by electronic mail users of the website and The Service of any changes to them. These T&Cs constitute a common understanding between ACTC and its users, and they supersede and replace any prior T&Cs previously in force regarding use of the website and The Service.
